    Hello

I am curious about PBM on healthy individuals like myself. I am drawn to the simultaneous use of a headset and intranasal device to saturate a wider gamut of the brain with photons as opposed to just one dimension such as the 810 ( 810 is only intranasal )

I currently own the Gamma. Could I use the Gamma for this intended therapy? I am young and healthy in all respects. Just curious about overall mental well being and cognitive health/boost

I understand the difference between is pulsing frequencing ( 40 hz and 10 hz) whereas wavelength beign the same and studies showing the therapeutic mechanism between the two to be different nonetheless

    Just a curious thought.

I have both the Neuro Alpha and Neuro Gamma, and I have used them alternately (Alpha one day, Gamma the next day) almost every day for the past 5 months. As a therapist who provides neurofeedback, I have the capacity to do qEEGs ("brain maps"). I did a Q on myself in June, and compared it with one I had done last fall, and found remarkable improvement in just about every aspect. HOWEVER, since I also finally retired (at 73) during that period, it's not a clean comparison! Personally, I feel that I wake up with a more positive mental energy with the Gamma. Donna
